- website/tools/brand-assets.py generates every brand file from the
logo-assets.py geometry: favicons (small-size tier, accent with a
  dark-mode variant) for website / webinstaller / on-box UI, 180 px
apple-touch-icon, 1200x630 default share card, 640x480 syslinux splash,
and docs/brand/ (mark, small mark, lockups, 20-column console art)
- website: header mark, favicon, touch icon, default og:image; /logo/ now
shows the final result (static counts, winner highlighted, no voting
UI or poll.js); homepage link reads 'meet our new logo'
- webinstaller: M in the header + tab icon
- on-box UI: .brand mark via CSS mask in brand red (not the UI's green),
favicon on every page, brand line on the login page
- console: M art above the text of /etc/issue on the installed box
(furtka-welcome) and the live ISO (furtka-update-issue)
- ISO: build.sh swaps releng's Arch splash for the Furtka one
- README shows the lockup

Rolls the HTTPS handshake fix (#10) and the README realignment into a
tagged release. Also closes the 26.4 follow-up that the wizard footer
version was hand-pinned: webinstaller/app.py now resolves the version
via a Flask context processor (reads /opt/furtka/VERSION on the live
ISO, written by iso/build.sh from pyproject.toml at build time; falls
back to pyproject.toml in dev runs, then to "dev"). pyproject.toml and
the website version strings bumped in the same commit so every surface
reports 26.5-alpha consistently.

d567317538 chore: release 26.4-alpha
Bumps version everywhere user-facing that had drifted from the tag:

- pyproject.toml 26.0 → 26.4
- website/hugo.toml 26.0 → 26.4 (driving furtka.org landing + footer)
- website/content/_index{.md,.de.md} status string
- webinstaller/templates/base.html footer (was hardcoded — noted as
follow-up to read dynamically from pyproject.toml)

Promotes the Unreleased section to 26.4-alpha and folds in today's
additions:

- Local HTTPS via Caddy tls internal + opt-in redirect toggle
- Two self-update UX fixes (Installed-field refresh + 45s reload
  fallback)
- Impressum + Datenschutzerklärung on furtka.org
- deploy-site.yml auto-deploy of the Hugo site on push-to-main
- Smoke VM pipeline on .165 Proxmox (build-iso inline smoke step +
workflow_dispatch Smoke latest ISO for cheap re-tests)

28e82bfccb fix(webinstaller): point users at http://<hostname>.local after reboot

The post-reboot page told users to log in with the username and
password — but Furtka is browser-first; users aren't meant to touch
the TTY. Show the actual URL they should open instead, plus an mDNS
fallback hint.

Also pin the header SVG to width="24" height="24" so it can never
render at full viewport size, even if CSS somehow fails to load.
Belt-and-suspenders with the reboot-delay fix.

15b876c70a feat: webinstaller writes archinstall config + execs install, styled
Some checks failed
CI / lint (push) Failing after 25s
CI / test (push) Successful in 31s
CI / validate-json (push) Successful in 23s
CI / markdown-links (push) Failing after 2s
Wires the live-ISO wizard from "shows three screens" to "actually invokes
archinstall on the chosen disk", plus first-pass styling so it stops looking
like raw <h1>/<form>.

Webinstaller flow:
- S1 form gains username/password/password2/language with server-side
validation (hostname/username regex, ≥8 char password, match check).
- /install/run writes user_configuration.json + user_credentials.json
(creds 0600) to FURTKA_STATE_DIR (default /tmp/furtka), then execs
  `archinstall --config … --creds … --silent` as a backgrounded subprocess.
- /install/log renders the subprocess output via meta-refresh polling.
- FURTKA_DRY_RUN=1 short-circuits the exec for testing.
- archinstall flag names verified against `archinstall --help` in an
  archlinux container before committing.

Drive list:
- drives.py now filters via `lsblk … -o NAME,SIZE,TYPE` keeping TYPE=disk,
so the live ISO's own squashfs (loop) and CD-ROM (rom) stop appearing
  as install targets.

Boot menu:
- iso/build.sh sed-rebrands "Arch Linux install medium" →
"Furtka Live Installer" across grub/, syslinux/, and efiboot/loader/
entries. Verified zero leftovers against the current releng profile.

Styling:
- static/style.css adopts the website's design tokens (palette,
typography, gate-mark accent), with light + dark via prefers-color-scheme.
- New base.html with header (gate SVG + FURTKA·INSTALLER wordmark + step
indicator) and footer; all install templates extend it.
- Drive picker uses radio cards with score chip; overview uses a summary
table and a destructive "wipe drive" button.

Tests: 17 pass (4 new in test_app.py covering validation + config builders,
2 new in test_drives.py covering the lsblk filter). Ruff clean.

README roadmap updated to mark these done and explicitly defer the
26.0-alpha release until archinstall actually completes end-to-end on a VM.
