22ce03d1f0 fix(website): build on Hugo 0.147 again (site.Data), chown site trees even when the CI build fails

hugo.Data is not available in the alpine Hugo the deploy job uses; the
failed render left the webroot half-cleaned and root-owned because the
chown only ran after a successful build. It is an EXIT trap now.

Both marks now appear everywhere they would have to work: five sizes
down to the real 16 px tab icon, horizontal and stacked lockups, browser
tab + site header, phone tiles, console banner + boot splash, social
card, and four colour grounds — generated from one geometry source by
website/tools/logo-assets.py (outputs committed under data/logo and
static/img/logo). The homepage links to the vote and its 'what works
today' list catches up with 26.8–26.17: password login, online app
catalog, app dependencies, opt-in HTTPS.

Two marks (M and R) side by side, EN + DE, with the site-header and real
16 px favicon context for each. Votes go to ops/poll/pollsvc.py, a stdlib
Python service behind nginx at /api/poll/ (SQLite, systemd DynamicUser,
rate-limited). Devices are counted once via a salted hash of IP + user
agent; the privacy pages document it.

Adopts the visual feel of Pascal's prototype while keeping Furtka's
voice, brand palette, and bilingual structure intact.

What changed
- Three.js wireframe torus-knot behind the hero, color/opacity tied
to the existing --accent / --scene-opacity CSS vars so light and
dark modes both work without a scene re-init.
- Scroll-driven camera zoom + core scale + tilt; canvas opacity fades
past hero so feature cards stay readable.
- GSAP + ScrollTrigger reveal hero on load and stagger feature cards
in as they enter the viewport. Lenis smooths scroll.
- "What works today" / "What's coming next" lists move from markdown
bullets into front-matter arrays and render as scroll-reveal cards
(7 + 4 cards, EN/DE parallel; copy is 1:1 from the original lists).
- Hero scaled up: gradient text on the wordmark (fg → accent),
drop-shadow glow in dark mode, brighter lede color.
- Primary CTA -> /releases listing on Forgejo (Forgejo has no
/releases/latest), with a pulsing glow + arrow slide on hover.
- Version bump 26.8-alpha -> 26.15-alpha to match the actual release.

Performance / a11y
- Vendor JS (Three.js r128, GSAP 3.12.2 + ScrollTrigger, Lenis 1.0.33)
vendored locally under assets/js/vendor/ - no third-party CDN at
runtime. ~728 KB total, fingerprinted via Hugo's pipeline with SRI.
- Canvas + scripts gated to homepage only ({{ if .IsHome }}); the
  Impressum/Datenschutz pages stay plain.
- prefers-reduced-motion: scene + GSAP early-return, CSS forces cards
to their resting state. No-JS users see all content.
- All scripts deferred so first paint isn't blocked.

b77ef80b56 feat(website): legal pages (Impressum/Datenschutz) + auto-deploy on push-to-main
All checks were successful
CI / lint (pull_request) Successful in 1m2s
CI / test (pull_request) Successful in 1m19s
CI / validate-json (pull_request) Successful in 55s
CI / markdown-links (pull_request) Successful in 27s
Two coupled changes that make sense to land together:

1. Legal pages required under German law
   - /imprint/ + /de/impressum/ — §5 DDG disclosure (contact is email
plus Forgejo-Issues as the second quick-contact channel, per ECJ
     C-298/07 no phone number required)
   - /privacy/ + /de/datenschutz/ — Art. 13 GDPR minimum: server-log
processing (IP, UA, URL, retention ≤30 days), no cookies, no
tracking, no third-party embeds. RLP Landesbeauftragter as the
     competent supervisory authority.
   - Footer partial linked from every page, localized per language.
   - DE versions are legally binding; EN versions are courtesy
     translations noting that.

2. Auto-deploy wired up
   - New workflow .forgejo/workflows/deploy-site.yml fires on
push-to-main with paths under website/**. Runs on the self-hosted
runner, which *is* forge-runner-01 — so "deploy" is just a local
rsync into /srv/furtka-site and a hugo build into
     /var/www/furtka.org. No SSH, no secrets.
   - website/deploy-ci.sh is the SSH-free counterpart of deploy.sh,
     invoked by the workflow.
   - compose.yml bind-mounts /srv/furtka-site and /var/www/furtka.org
into the runner container at matching paths so the workflow can
reach them. Requires a one-time `docker compose up -d` on the
runner host to pick the mounts up.
   - deploy.sh is kept for out-of-band manual deploys (testing from a
local branch, CI outage) but gets a header comment pointing at
the CI path as the normal flow.

defd2eda06 feat: publish public website at furtka.org

Hugo static site with an intentionally minimal single-page copy — English
default, German under /de/ — while the project stays pre-alpha. No CMS, no
external theme, no webfonts, no external requests. System-UI sans on a
paper-white / near-black palette with a deep crimson accent; a small
wicket-gate SVG as the sole brand mark.

Hosting: nginx on forge-runner-01 serves /var/www/furtka.org; the upstream
openresty proxy terminates TLS so the VM itself only speaks plain HTTP.
Deploy is ./website/deploy.sh (rsync + remote hugo --minify). One-time VM
bootstrap in ops/nginx/setup-vm.sh.
